He is survived by: his sister Sharlene Wilke of University Park, WA; his children, Diane, David Thompson of Kimballton, IA and Doug Thurston (Cindy) of Elk Horn, IA; his grandchildren, Jodee Dixon (Arron) of Elk Horn, IA, Jared Thompson (Brittany) of Carmichael, CA, Tiffany Halvorson (Randy) of Grand Forks, ND and Brandon Thurston (Patryce) of Citrus Heights, CA; his great grandchildren, Sky, Jaded, Cameron, Tyde, Benjamin, Emagin, Abigail, Ivy and Brooks; and his sister-in-law Jeanne Sorenson of Carmichael, CA. He is also survived by the nieces and nephews.
