He is survived by : his wife Mary Ann Anastasi of Defiance, IA; his sons, Jason Anastasi of Defiance, IA, Jared Anastasi (Kris) of Manilla, IA and Joey Anastasi (Maria) of Polk City, IA; his grandchildren, Jaden Anastasi (Jake Kapustka) of Ankeny, IA, Alex Anastasi of Ankeny, IA and Zoey Bissen (Damien) of Minot, ND.; his great grandchild Emmerson Kapustka of Ankeny, IA; and his sister Vickie Graham of Earling, IA.
