He is survived by: his wife Betty Juhl of Harlan; his children, Kim Daringer (Myron) of Ames, Iowa, Kelly Juhl (Julie) of Harlan and Kenny Juhl (Cindy) of Irwin; his grandchildren, Sara Arnold (Eric), Michael Daringer, Lisa Raymond (Jalen), Jarod Juhl (Morgan), Adam Juhl, Kyle Juhl (Jordyn), Emily Juhl, Amelia Juhl and Elise Juhl (Joe Devine); his great grandchildren, Clayton, Levi Arnold, Hudson Raymond, Campbell and Colbie Juhl; his sister Mary Ann Barnedo of Hanford, California; and his sister-in-law Mildred Nielsen of Harlan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and many friends.
