He is survived by: his spouse Kim Johnson; his daughter Angie Velasco; and his grandchildren, Charleigh, Nora of Harlan, Esther Stark of Denver, JoAnn Edgar (Gary) of Fort Collins and Deb Taylor (Ken) of Canada. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
