He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Madsen and Evelyn Madsen (Andersen); his wife Nancy Lou Madsen; and his brother Charlie Madsen. He is survived by: his sons, Brent Madsen (Alicia) of Elk Horn and Greg Madsen (Tina) of Elk Horn; his granddaughter Peyton Madsen of Elk Horn; his brothers, Gary Madsen of Council Bluffs, Terry Madsen (Deb) of Elk Horn and Kent Madsen of Council Bluffs; and his sister-in-law Anina Madsen of McClelland. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family and will be designated to organizations that were meaningful to Keith.
