He is survived by: his children, Connie Paulsen (Kevin) of Anita, Perry Jr. Kelley (Mary Ellen) of Harlan, Jerry Kelley (Karen) of Harlan and Larry Kelley of Council Bluffs; his brother Harold (Gretchen Kelley) of Newton; and his close friends, Darrell Mathiasen, Daryl Henningsen, Dwayne Sunberg, Jeff Petersen, Nick Petersen and Dale Nelsen. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 step-grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; 2 step-great-grandchildren.
