She is survived by: her husband Howard; her sisters, Charlotte Mae and Mary Lynn; her sons, Craig (Ann) and Perry (Carol Jean); her grandchildren, Hilary, Seth (Anna), Zachary (Lydia) and Ethan (Taylor); and her great grandchildren, Shepherd, Judah and Shiloh.
Memorials given in Carol's honor will be directed to Community Memorial Health Center, in Hartley, Iowa.
