He is survived by: his daughters, Stacie Long (Mike) of Ruthven, IA and Shannon Demkiw (Alex) of Cedar Falls, IA; his stepchildren, Christina Bishop of Sioux Falls, SD and Jeremie Gibbs (Melissa) of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Austin Long, Alex Long (Kelsey), Shane, Elias, Maximus, Sasha Demkiw and Kiley Koele; his stepgrandsons, Remington Rosenbaum and Quinton Rosenbaum; his great grandchild Kolt; his siblings, Sharolyn Jacobson (Dick) of Lakeville, MN and Craig Koele (Kathi) of Broken Arrow, OK; his stepsiblings, Janet Schierholz, Glenda Johnson and Loyd Rons; his nephews, Brett Hersom, Breck Hersom (Nicki), Adam Jacobson (Jael), Matt Jacobson (Ashley) and Quin Koele; his niece Carrie Choudhury; and his friend Tom Van Rooyen. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
