He is survived by: his caregiver Bryan Chase of Hartley, Iowa; his sisters, Barbara Anglin of Platteville and Diane Hein (Ron) of Magalia, California; his close friend Corgi; and his pet Hannah. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
