We announce the death of Wayne DeWall of Havelock, Iowa, who passed away on June 27, 2026, at the age of 78. He was predeceased by: his parents, Otto DeWall and Lois DeWall; his brother Lynn; and his wife Mary Ann Krips. He is survived by: his children, Tina (Jay Friday) of Mason City, Iowa, Tricia (Dan Brown) of Iowa City, Iowa, Matt (Jen DeWall) of Adel, Iowa and Kate (Cameron Smith) of Pasadena, California; his grandchildren, Bridget Brown, Muriel Brown, Sami DeWall and Jase DeWall; and his siblings, David DeWall (Barb) of Pocahontas and Lola Kapaun (Joe) of Hudson. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
