He is survived by: his former wife Marge Griswold; his sons, Brad Rebik (Jeni) of De Witt, Matt Rebik (Mary) of Grimes and Wes Rebik of Haverhill; his sisters, Christine Crandell (Jim) of Newton, Charlene Smith of Polk City and Cynthia Christensen (Mark) of Polk City; and his siblings-in-law, Sharon Rebik of Marshalltown and David of Yarmouth.
