She was predeceased by: her husband Earl; her parents, Lawrence Freese and Clothilda Freese (Kopel); her sons, Ronald Oetker and Daniel Oetker; her brothers, Lloyd and Melvin Freese; and her children-in-law, Julie Oetker and Donnie Lenox.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Gwyn (Glen) of Lexington, NC, LeRoy Oetker of Grundy Center, Joanne Lenox of Windsor Heights, Philip Oetker of Marshalltown and Paul Oetker (Kelley) of Marshalltown; her sister Marie Underwood (Don) of Marshalltown; her daughter-in-law Jeanne Oetker (Heinrichs) of Marshalltown; and her sisters-in-law, Sally Freese of Marshalltown and Alma Freese of Marshalltown. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren.
