She is survived by: her sons, Steven (Ila), Terry (Lisa) of Sergeant Bluff, IA and Jeffry (Julie) of Akron, IA..

Helen's family requests that memorials be directed to the Trinity Lutheran Church, LCMS in Hawarden, Iowa.
