She was predeceased by: her father Donald Harper; her brother Alan Harper; and her parents-in-law, Paul and Mary Webb. She is survived by: her mother Lucille Harper (Little); her husband Ed Webb of Hayesville; her sons, Chris Webb (Shannon) of Hayesville and Scott Webb (Kelli) of Cosgrove; her grandchildren, Zebulen (Kenzie), Zeke, Zoe, Olivia, Finley and Wyatt Webb; and her brother Andy Harper (Sheree). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and dear friends.
