She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Wesley and Velda Marie Dibble (Bartles); her husband Robert Joseph Arthaud; her children, Denise and Douglas; her sister Jean; her siblings-in-law, Floyd Graesch, Marion and Dick Rau; her parents-in-law, Cy and Mabel Arthaud; her aunt Beryl; and her uncle Eldon Wardell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Dianne Loughren (Mike) of Hazleton and Donna Worst (Bill) of Hudsonville, MI; her son-in-law Dave Smock; her grandchildren, Bradly Loughren (Tasha), Madeline Worst, Ian Worst and Alexandra Arthaud; and her great grandchildren, Lexandra, Brennon Fleming, Layla Arthaud, Carston Hillman, Kenndon Hillman, Sawyer Loughren and Palmer Loughren. She is also survived by two nieces and three nephews; and numerous other relatives and friends.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home (221 N Frederick Ave, Oelwein, IA 50662). Visitation was held on Wednesday, December 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (628 S Frederick Ave, Oelwein, IA 50662).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for later designation.
