He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Fountain (Shaver) of Burlington; his children, Cassara Renken (Olson) of Ottumwa and Zachary Olson of Oskaloosa; his grandchildren, Deontae Renken, Devlin Olson, Dylan Davidson and Zaiden McIntosh; his siblings, Mark Olson (Karen) of Burlington, Tina Lott (Chad) of Burlington, Laurie Fountain of Ottumwa and Kandi Burris (Jeff) of Huxley; and his siblings' child Kaytie.
