He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn Thigpen, Cynthia Mwamba, Pamela Vasquez (Pete), Hattie Holmes and Clara Lofton; his grandchildren, Renee Lofton, De'Andre Williams, Demetrius Rogers, Ebony Lofton and Myles Cartman; his siblings, William Lofton, Tommie Lofton, Nancy Griffin, Will Richardson, Jewel Young, Jackie Hickenbottom, Monore Williams and Dorothy Jones; and his uncle Frank Randle. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
