He is survived by: his wife Shirleen Brown; his children, Jennifer Weaver (Mark) and Gregory Brown; his stepsons, Jon Shebetka (Jen), Jeff Shebetka (Lori) and Mike Shebetka; his grandchildren, Sydney Kerska (Austin), Anna Weaver, Zachary O'Hare, Croix Shebetka, Elli Shebetka, Ayven Shebetka, Haley Murley (Alex) and Kain Schilling (Molly); his great grandchildren, Kasen James Kerska, Will, Aayliah O'Hare, Hogan, Dayton Bowman, Kyla, Gunner Schilling, Paisley and Olive Murley; and his siblings, Dick Brown (Mary), Sandi (Brown) and Cobb (Pat). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association in his name.
