We bid farewell to Kenneth Wayne Dodd of Hiawatha, Iowa, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 6, 2025 at the age of 72. Kenneth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents-in-law, Gordon and Dorothy Smith; his brother Don; his siblings-in-law, Sandy, Shelley, Linda and Darwin; and his parents, Lloyd Dodd and Elvera Dodd (Johansen).
He is survived by: his wife Doreen Smith of Hiawatha; his sons, Todd Dodd (Keri) of Marion and Jason Dodd (Molly) of Hiawatha; his grandchildren, Kaylea, Olivia Dodd of Marion, Everett and Loretta Dodd of Hiawatha; and his brother Dale Dodd of Hampton.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, November 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Teahen Funeral Home (3100 F Ave NW, Cedar Rapids, IA 52405).
Instead of flowers, memorials may be directed to the family for an established memorial fund or to plant a tree in a Derecho-affected area in Ken's memory.
