She is survived by: her children, Charles (Brenda), Donald (Ted Schafer), Mark and A. Elizabeth (John Sheridan); her grandchildren, Maura Ortner, Cale Ortner and Dantae Schafer; and her siblings, Joe Galles (Madeline), Jim Galles (Connie) and Jenni Malsam (Joe).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be made to Cherokee Regional Hospice in Beth's name.
