She was predeceased by: her father Robert Groszkrueger; and her husband Troy Howard. She is survived by: her mother Lynette Strackbein; her children, Alan (Bailey), Cole, Lacey and Sara Van Houten (Ben); her grandchildren, Nash, Hudson, Tucker, Gabe, Kaleb and Cambria; her sister Kami Tiefenthaler (Shawn); her daughter JoLynn; her brother Brad (Luann); her niece Sadie; her nephew Grayson; and her close friends, Steph Clausen and Tony Henderson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles and numerous friends.
