He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Turner and Shirley Turner; and his brothers, James Turner, Steve Turner and Larry Turner.
He is survived by: his children, Michelle Elsbury, Michael Turner (Courtney) and Mitchell Turner; his grandchildren, Eli and Evelyn Elsbury; and his siblings, Dan Turner, Deb Luensmann (Ken), Peggy Edge, Anne Shelton (Linda) and Pam Ludvik (Dennis). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
