He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Boyd and Fern Boyd (Taylor); his son Richard Boyd; his granddaughter Niccole Thomas; his daughter-in-law Debra Boyd; and his brother Lyle Boyd.
He is survived by: his daughter Jill; his wife Sherill Harter; his children, Lori Soppe (Roger), Jan Broerman (Mike), Steve Boyd and Mary Brand (Alan Schneider); and his daughter-in-law Janet Boyd. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren plus spouses, 35 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lighthouse Church that will be used for future missions or Child Evangelism Fellowship "CEF".
