She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Young and Blanche Young (Olson); her husband Wayne Richard; and her siblings, Lorene Krier, Marjorie Maronde, Stan, Dale and Claire Young.
She is survived by: her children, Russell Richard (Shari), Susan Nelsen (Dan) and Becky Tow (Mike); and her grandchildren, Stephanie Richard, Keith Richard (Erica), Andy Lown (Betsy), Morgan Kucala (Thomas), Kaitlin Martinson (Dalton), Samuel Tow (Brooke), Timothy Tow (Jackie) and Thomas Tow. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
Memorials preferred to Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America. Memorial donations may be given in Norma's name to the Myasthenia Gravis Foundation of America.
