He is survived by: his wife Norma Young; his children, Russell Richard (Shari), Susan Nelsen (Dan) and Becky Tow (Mike); and his grandchildren, Stephanie Richard, Keith Richard (Erica), Andy Lown (Betsy), Morgan Kucala (Thomas), Kaitlin Martinson (Dalton), Samuel Tow (Brooke), Timothy Tow (Jackie) and Thomas Tow. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
