He was predeceased by: his parent Dean Hofmeyer; his mother-in-law Alma Hofmeyer; his sister Katherine; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis "Perp" Hofmeyer and Sue Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Dawn Renee Hofmeyer of Hospers; his children, Trevor (Amanda Huisman), Logan (Megan Huisman) and Haley (Logan Pals); his grandchildren, Graham, Blaine, Vaughn Huisman, Grayson, Hagan, Campbell, Woods Huisman, Ryder, Rikki, Rylee and Roman Pals; his siblings, Mike (Jeralyn Huisman) and Barb (Dan Gisselbeck); and his siblings-in-law, Sherrie (Ken Van Donslear), Diane "Deets" (Dave Bosma), Linda Hofmeyer and Mark Miller. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be given to the Hospers Presbyterian Church and ATLAS in Orange City.
