Lyle J. Diekevers Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle J. Diekevers of Hospers, Iowa, who passed away on March 21, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Diekevers and Hermina Diekevers (Kosters); and also, Frank and Dorothy Madden. He is survived by: his wife Linda Diane Madden of Hospers; his children, Dawn (Don De Boer) of Little Rock and Steve (Esther Diekevers) of Orange City; his grandchildren, Emily (Justin Kruse), Angela (Tyler Bloemendaal), Sarah, Kayla, Cora and Isaac Diekevers; his great grandchildren, Winston, Adalee, Rowan, Gideon, Annie Kruse, Jax and Ava Bloemendaal; and his sisters, Linda (Harlan Huizenga), Nola (Charles Van Driessen) and Connie (Ron Van Wyk). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials will be given to Sioux Center Health Hospice and Home Care.
