We are sad to announce that, on December 5, 2025, at the age of 50, James L Jones of Hubbard, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though James may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those James touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Doran Jones and Tina Jones; and his sister Candy Jones. He is survived by: his daughter Breanna (Austin Burton); his grandchildren, Braelynn, Avery and Tayven; and his siblings, Tam Wake (Pete), Beverly Shaul (Mark), Doran Jr. Jones (Starla) and Charlene Harris (Ryan). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Jim's honor may be made to Iowa River Hospice or Hubbard Care Center, organizations that provided care and compassion during his journey.
