She is survived by: her daughters, Julie Hill (Randy) and Jeanne Ricketts (John); her grandchildren, Tyler Hill (Christina), Megan Thompson (Kory), Jacob Kunze (Heather) and Jamie Thacker (Aaron); her great grandchildren, Caleb, Abygail, Natalie, Samantha Hill, Isabel, Hannah Kunze and Brynn Thacker; and her siblings, Curt Smith (Linda), Corliss Smith and Greg Smith. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boeke Funeral Home (501 E Maple St, Hubbard, IA 50122). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Zion United Church of Christ (201 E Chestnut St, Hubbard, IA 50122).
