Bouma (Curry) of Orange City; his children, Andrew Bouma of Carroll and Ashley (Kyle Swets) of Sanborn; his grandchildren, Katelyn Bouma, Kyzer Cook, Kasper Swets and Kaden Swets; and his brother Brent Bouma (Cheryl) of Orange City. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
