She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Vos and Johanna De Vos (Kleene); her husband John Arlan; her granddaughter Danielle Anliker; her siblings, Cornie De Vos and Nelvina (Bomgaars); and her brothers-in-law, Ted Brunsting and Andy Oostra.
She is survived by: her children, Mike (Beth Kooima), Rick (Kathy Kooima) and Renee (Dan Anliker); her grandchildren, Rebecca (Scott Brothers), Sara Kooima, Hannah (Jacob Fossing), Teresa Kooima (Alex Gutierrez), Sam Kooima (Alexandra), Daniel Kooima, Megan Anliker and Cain Anliker (Alexa); her great grandchildren, Teddy, Josie Fossing, Eloise and Kinnick Anliker; her sisters, Betty Brunsting of Sioux Center and Wilmina Oostra of Rock Valley; her sister-in-law Marie De Vos of Jenison, Michigan; and her close friend Darlene Woelber.
