It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Marks of Hull, Iowa, born in Sanborn, Iowa, who passed away on January 31, 2026, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Gerald Marks; his nephew Tyler Marks; Gerald and Verla Elgersma. He is survived by: his mother JoAnn Marks (Chance) of Humeston; his wife Beth Elgersma of Hull; his children, Matthew (Lisa), Valerie (Shane) and Jennifer (John); his grandchildren, Jordan, Bryce, Isaiah, Landen, Peyton, Talan and Braelynn; his brother Brian Marks of Des Moines; his nephews, Tryce, Bryant and Lucas; Dean (Carla Elgersma), Jeri and Roy Prins of Sanborn.

Memorials will be given to the family for future designation.
