He is survived by: his wife Bonnie of Hull; his children, Shelly (Todd Miedema) of Sheldon, Kurt Vander Schaaf (Nancy) of Hull, Stephanie (Brent Vermeer) of Rock Valley, Lee Vander Schaaf (Janel) of Rock Valley, Kyle Vander Schaaf (Janae) of Hull and Jeff Vander Schaaf of Hull; his grandchildren, Jaiden (Adam Tebben), Taylor Miedema (Chaelor), Tanner Miedema, Ava, Jasmine, Colton Vander Schaaf, Kylie, Avery Vermeer, Trinity, Preston Vander Schaaf, Traylie, Taya, Tatum and Taylyn Vander Schaaf; his great grandchildren, Berkley, Jax and Macklynn Tebben; his siblings, Robert Wayne Vander Schaaf of Hull, Richard Vander Schaaf (Somjai) of San Diego, California and Ida (Ken Evertse) of Hull; and his siblings-in-law, Audrey Raman of Orange City and Wes (Marcia Raman) of Hull.
