He was predeceased by: his parents, John Andreasen and Alice Andreasen (Wilberg); and his brother James Andreasen. He is survived by: his wife Ann of Cedar Falls; his son Mike Andreasen (Tracy) of Johnston; his grandchildren, Ally (Kevin Dial), Sarah and Ana; his son Scott Andreasen of Denver; his grandchildren, Emma and Maddie; and his sister JoAnn Smith of Grand Junction, Colorado..

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Cedar Heights Presbyterian Church/Roofing Fund, The Alzheimer's Association, or Western Home Communities Employee Appreciation Fund.
