He was predeceased by : his parents, Jay Passow and Margaret Passow (Busher); his siblings, Don, Dale Passow and Phyllis Lynch; and his siblings-in-law, Howard Lynch, James Lynch, Ronald Watters, Corinne Passow and Donna Watters.

He is survived by : his wife Joeleen Watters; his son Jon Passow (Lori); his grandchildren, Shawn Passow (Melodie) of Badger, Mallory Passow of Humboldt and Kiley Passow of Des Moines; his sister Marilyn Lynch of Redfield; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Passow of Fort Dodge. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
