It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene L. Thilges (Humboldt, Iowa), who passed away on April 9, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Mosser and Lena Mosser (Krebs); her husband Charles W. Thilges; her sons, Delbert and Larry Dean; her brothers, Mike Hofer, David, Edward, Harold and Emmanuel Mosser; and her daughter-in-law Gwen Thilges.

She is survived by: her children, Harlan Thilges (Joan) of Mabel, David Thilges (Raejean) of Clear Lake, Kevin Thilges (Judy Nilles) of Dakota City, Terry Thilges (Kari) of Livermore, Colleen Holst (David) of Clare, Steve Thilges (Shelli) of Humboldt and Deanna Thilges of Humboldt. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
