She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Hockel (Joanie) of Fort Dodge and Caroline Thompson (Neal) of Hardy; her grandchildren, Whitney Jones (Montana), Caleb Hockel (Audrey), Taylor Hockel, Benjamin "Ben" Thompson (Kelsey), Dana "Dane" Thompson and Mitch Thompson; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Caleb Jones, Corver, Jovalie "Jovi" Thompson, Gabrielle, Dimitri, Alice, Anselm and Liesl Hockel; and her sisters-in-law, Loretta Grebner and Jean Ann Grebner of Humboldt.
