She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Kenneth and Helen Ruebel (Steig). She is survived by: her husband Rod of Humboldt; her children, Nick (Elaine) of Roseville, Minnesota., Nancy Karr (Randy Trau) of Redlands, California., Judy (Don Trella) of Groton, Connecticut and Tom (Sylvia) of Cedar Falls, Iowa.; and her siblings, Tom Ruebel of Arizona and Janet Bergman (Jim) of Norwalk, Iowa.. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and nearly 10 great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to the Congregational United Church of Christ, Humboldt or the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital.
