She was predeceased by: her father Omar "Dale" McMasters. She is survived by: her mother Dixie McMasters (Allen); her husband Ken Pleake; her daughter Lyndsay Uitermarkt (Jesse); her grandchildren, Kenneth, Sophia and Ethan Uitermarkt; and her brother Bryan McMasters (Dona). She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers a donation can be made in Jaye's name to "On with Life of Ankeny.".
