Merlin Paul Allie Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on August 18, 2025, at the age of 83, Merlin Paul Allie of Huxley, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Merlin is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Merlin's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Orlan Allie and Agatha Allie; his wife Neala Allie; his brother Melvin Allie; and his stepfather Lyle Culp.

He is survived by: his daughter Christine Anderson (Randal); and his brother Marvin Allie (Roberta). He is also survived by three nieces and two sisters-in-law.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Kidney Foundation or WesleyLife Hospice.
