He is survived by: his parents, Charles W. Flick and Janet M Flick (Kehr); his brother Robert Wayne Flick of China; his daughter McKenzie Harvell (Jonathan); his grandchildren, August and Henry; his sons, Skyler and Jeren Carr; his former wife Tammy Flick (Gibbs); and his caregiver Bill.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Northminster Presbyterian Church (1416 20th St, Ames, IA 50010). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
