He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Bendixen and Gladys C. Bendixen (Janssen); his sister Arliss Todd; and his great grandchild Addyson Hicks. He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Bendixen (Belinda) of Madison, SD, James Bendixen (Valarie) of Odebolt, IA, Daniel Bendixen (Cory) of Holstein, IA, Robert Bendixen (Sandi) of Holstein, IA, John Bendixen (River) of Early, IA and Kristina Bendixen-Faist (Curt) of Sac City, IA. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; extended family.
