She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Roger Prickett of Maynard and Rhonda Prickett (Kappmeyer) of Sumner; her husband Matt Burns; her son Mason Burns of Independence; her brother John Prickett (Hanna); her children, Maranda, Amberlyn and Robert Prickett of Westgate; her sister Nikki Prickett (Joe Franzen); her siblings' children, Harrison and Natalie Schmitt of Plainfield; her grandmother Norma Kappmeyer of Oelwein; her sister-in-law Heather Taylor Burns; her grandparents, Arlene Prickett and Robert Kappmeyer; her mother-in-law Karen Burns; her sister-in-law Kathy Burns; and her uncles, Charles Prickett, Nathan Kappmeyer, Robert Kappmeyer, Mark Kappmeyer and Jim Sabin. She was also cherished by several aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews.
