She is survived by : her children, Ann, Gregory Ratchford and Katherine Vu; her great grandchild Ava Daniele Westphal; her husband Lloyd C. Ratchford; and her children, Deborah Shepard (Chris) of Oelwein, IA, Valerie Westphal (Doug) of Fairbank, IA and Jeffory Ratchford of Manassas, VA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren.
