She is survived by: her brothers, David Bernacki of Cedar Rapids and Dan Bernacki (Clara) of North Liberty, Iowa; and her brother-in-law Jake Heiner of Springfield, Iowa. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
