It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Judith L. Kemming (Independence, Iowa), born in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 15, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Lester Maynard Arneson and Helen J. Arneson (Pratt); and her sister Donna Peterson. She is survived by : her husband Kenneth Wesley Kemming; her daughters, Becky West (Kevin) of Jesup, IA and Rolanda Jetter (Paul) of Saratoga Springs, NY; and her sister Esther Geil of Bloomington, MN. She is also survived by five grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
