She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Amundson and Bernice Amundson (Kuhse); her sons-in-law, Nicolas Mendez and Curt Salow; and her siblings, Lloyd Amundson Jr., Marlene Meyer and Rose Mary Tielbar.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly Mendez of Independence, Iowa, Kym Salow of Independence, Iowa and Krista Walton (Wayne) of Franktown, Colorado; her grandchildren, Gillian Mendez, Nicolas Mendez, Ashley Sherrets, Jennifer Rykman, Jami Griffin, Kara Walton and Luke Walton; and her sister Rita Leliefeld of Guttenberg, Iowa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
