She was predeceased by: her parents, Noel Alden and Mary Evelyn Brockway (Kimpston); her husband Raymond James Tyler; and her brother Mike Brockway. She is survived by: her children, Darren Dugan of Burlington, Dawn Cain (Bryan) of Independence and Dannette Richmond (Chris) of Ryan; and her brother David Brockway (Doris) of Waukon. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; many great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home (160 Main St W, Maynard, IA 50655). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
A Memorial Fund has been established in her name.
