She was predeceased by: her stepfathers, Merlan Hocken and John Kortenkamp; and her stepson Michael David Lynch. She is survived by: her parents, Julian Leroy Pepper (Karen) of Independence and Diane Marie Beatty of Independence; her husband David Lynch of Independence, IA; her stepdaughters, Laura Loeb (Dan) of Independence, IA and Trina Lynch of Globe, AZ; her stepgrandchildren, Mercedes, Danielle, Jacklynn, Haighley, Shelbi, Jarod and Marcus; and her siblings, Shane Beatty (Molly) of Independence, Robin Wilkinson (Ray) of Independence, Sherry Zieser of Cedar Rapids and Juli Cameron (Clay) of Independence. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 24th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the White Funeral Home (400 1st St W, Independence, IA 50644). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 25th 2025 at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to St. Jude's Children Hospital.
