She was predeceased by: her parents, Orvel Edward Kern and Shirley Rae Kern (Graves); her brother Jack Kern; and her sons, Ronnie Lee Millard, Jr. and Dewey Allen Millard, Sr..
She is survived by: her daughters, Sherry Kern of Cedar Rapids and Shana Albright (Martin Olayo) of Waterloo, Iowa; and her siblings, Karen Hinde of Independence, Orvel Kern of Fairbank and Rod Kern (Kathy) of Hazelton, Iowa. She is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
